In the robot management of a single local area for automotive parts spraying equipment, offline imitation and simplified imitation technologies are constantly improving, but a unified intelligent system has not yet been formed. Due to the complex production requirements and different functions of each robot area, the existing system will face a huge debugging disaster during the product introduction process, and there is an urgent need to develop intelligent technologies for generating and optimizing automatic operation programs.
1. Automatic diagnosis and intelligent management of equipment status
Accurately and effectively collecting various data is the biggest bottleneck for the future development of intelligent painting workshops. Compared with the problem of accurate statistics of manual operation parameters in the past, automation systems have integrated increasingly accurate data collection systems at the terminal, which can manage parameters based on current decentralized intelligent systems. In the future, higher-level integrated intelligent parameter optimization systems can continue to be developed.
2. Collect and control robot parameters
With the establishment of a color development system by multinational automotive groups, the improvement of color development, component matching, appearance theory, and the demand for more digital and accurate judgment of appearance in daily management, a data collection, transmission, and evalsuation system has been successfully formed.
3. Robot automatically detects appearance
At present, energy conservation and environmental protection are the most highly valued hotspots in the automotive spraying production line and coating industry. It can be said that the primary goal of technological development in the automotive coatings industry is how to maintain the original quality level as much as possible while meeting the constantly improving environmental requirements. However, the collection and management of energy and environmental data are currently the biggest difficulties.
